MORE TO KNOW
- Step back in time for a prehistoric encounter during Dinosaurs Around the World! Included with every Zoo admission, life-size animatronic dinosaurs—from the towering Tyrannosaurus Rex to the eye-catching Spinosaurus—will be on display to captivate and educate guests. In partnership with Imagine Exhibitions, Dinosaurs Around the World runs from May 1 to Aug. 24.
- Take to the skies this spring with the debut of the Flying Flamingo. An all-new addition to the Zoo, the zipline attraction carries guests high above the flamingo and elephant habits for a totally unique perspective. The thrilling journey rises 100 feet off the ground and reaches speeds of up to 30 miles per hour.
- The 650,000-gallon Sobela Ocean Aquarium offers guests an immersive aquatic experience as they navigate their way through an enchanting array of reefs, lagoons and sandy shorelines across six distinct habitats. Aquarium admission is included with every Zoo ticket.
- Get ready for even more reimagined expeditions: In 2026, a new giraffe habitat will bring the majestic creatures closer than ever. Designed with indoor and outdoor areas available to animals at all times, the new spaces are better for guests and the Zoo’s resident giraffes.
- Favorite Zoo events fill the calendar, from Jazzoo (June 6) and Christmas in July (July 25) to Wine Walk for Wildlife (Aug. 22) and Brew at the Zoo (Oct. 11). Plus, watch for the return of GloWild this autumn, transforming the Zoo into an illuminated evening-hours wonderland.
