Entrées include choices such as salmon, tenderloin, shrimp, boneless breast of chicken, lobster, pork, scallops and teriyaki sirloin. Fondue cooking styles or broths include mojo, coq au vin, bourguignonne or court bouillon. The perfect ending begins with a delectable chocolate fondue dessert. Dip strawberries and other fruits, brownies and cheesecake into rich dark, milk or white chocolate combined with specialty liquors, Oreo cookies or silky caramel. The Melting Pot offers exclusive private dining for two, complete with velvet curtains for maximum privacy, celebration and romance packages with roses and chilled champagne. Large events and corporate meetings can enjoy private dining for up to 55 fondue guests.
