Mid-Continent Public Library - Liberty

Located north of Kansas City in historic Liberty, Missouri, Mid-Continent Public Library's brand-new Withers Branch replaced the former Liberty Branch to serve the local community and welcomes out of town visitors seeking free Wi-Fi.
