Have you been wanting to try yoga and don't know where to start, or has it been a few years since you last got on your mat? Well, this beginner series will help you make sure you stick to your New Years goal of getting onto the yoga mat. This month long class gives you instructions on various yoga poses and helps guide you through each one of them in a judgement free zone with other beginners. You also get to take 3 classes at the studio to test out your skills.
