Join us at Surya Yoga for a 90 minute Restorative Workshop which will help you quiet the mind and experience active relaxation.

This practice uses the props to help your mind and body completely relax so that you can really get back to focusing on what you need to after the session.

Bring just your mat and we will provide all the props and a nice cup of tea afterwards.

Restorative yoga is a passive style of yoga that uses props to support the body. All poses are done seated or laying down.

No experience is required. 

This class is perfect for everyone, including pregnant women, athletes and those needing to slow down.
