Theis Park

Theis Park is a popular park next to the Plaza and Nelson Atkins Art Museum. This park has a large open grass way, a jogging path next to Brush Creek and a well-placed amphitheatre perfect for theatrical performances and wedding ceremonies.

Thomas A. Soetaert Aquatic Center

-- PLEASE NOTE THIS POOL IS CLOSED FOR THE 2020 SEASON-- This Aquatic Center offers a variety of summertime fun! Featuring an 8 lane, 50-meter competition pool, 3 diving boards, two 125 foot slides and a Lazy River this is the place to be to cool off in summer sun heat. John Anderson Park

This is one of Grandview's largest and most popular parks, especially in the summer when the Splash Park is open! Open trails connect the entire park with multiple playgrounds, open fields for sports, tennis courts and shelter available for events.
