Whether you are celebrating the remarkable women in your life or treating yourself to a moment of self-care, this special event is a healthy way to honor the spirit of Mother’s Day. Participants can choose one of two sessions: 9 a.m. or 11 a.m.

Discover deep relaxation and rejuvenation in Cindy's transformative Sound Bath Workshop. This 75-minute session is designed to help you release tension, reset your mind, and reconnect with inner peace.
We’ll begin with gentle micromovements to prepare your body and mind. Simple stretches such as shoulder rolls, hands flowing up and down, forward folds, and table-top poses ease you into the experience. Afterward, Cindy will guide you through a 10–15 minute meditation, helping you center and ground yourself.

Light Lab is powering on! Join us at Science City in Union Station Kansas City on May 6th to explore Light Lab, an exhibit that delves into the magic and wonder of the electromagnetic spectrum. This newest Battle of the Brains exhibit, created by the bright minds of students from Delta Woods Middle School in Lee’s Summit, Missouri examines light in all its
forms — both seen and unseen.
Light Lab spans over 3,000 square feet and features the following interactive exhibits:
